The Arlberg (1,270 - 2,811 m) offers a unique diversity of pistes, challenging ski routes, freeride options and snow parks, as well as trendy après ski bars. The Arlberg therefore is a real multi-talent with regards to winter sports and après ski. The spacious terrain is known to be one of most reliable areas for snow in the Alps.

It offers two large areas: the souther side with St. Anton and the adjoining villages St. Christoph, St. Jakob and Stuben, and the north-western side with the resorts Zürs and Lech and Warth-Schröcken. Further there is also a great ski area at the Sonnenkopf in Klösterle.

For the 2016/2017 winter season, the ski region Arlberg has formed a new union with the ski areas St. Anton, Stuben, Zürs and Warth-Schröcken, via the new Flex lift system, the Trittkopf lifts I and II and new Albona lift No. 2. With the lift pass "Ski Arlberg" there are 302 km of piste and 88 lifts included and open for use! The "Ski Arlberg" is therefore being turned into the largest interconnected ski area in Austria.

The Flex lift system offers 47 cabins, which can transport up to 10 people each between Lech-Zürs and Stuben/Alpe Rauz and therefore replaces up to 120 bus transfers per day. Additionally, it is worth the ride, if only alone for the magnificent views of the Klostertal through the huge panorama windows. The pistes are suitable for all ranges of skills, from beginner right up to snowboarder and freestyle pro. There are Championship pistes available for all those who dare the try. Diversity, fun and a real challenge on approx. 200 km of deep powder snow pistes can be found here!
