The family-run Appartements Unterwötzlhof are situated in a quiet, idyllic location on a farm, about 3 km from the centre of Abtenau. The valley station of the Karkogel cable car is approx. 5 km away. The first shopping facilities are approx. 3 km away and the nearest ski bus stop is approx. 400 m away. The nearest access to the cross-country ski trail is just 100 metres away.Facilities
The general facilities of the traditional organic farm include Wi-Fi, a lounge and a ski cellar with ski boot dryers. Free parking spaces are available at the house. The small organic farm shop offers typical breakfast products from our own production (opening hours according to information on site).You will receive the Abtenau & Tennengau Card on site, which allows you to use public transport free of charge (subject to change, see information on site).
