Location and facilities
The family-friendly, 4-star hotel Ortners Eschenhof is located approx. 300 m from the centre of Bad Kleinkirchheim, with its shopping facilities. The nearest lift can be reached within approx. 50 m, but if the snow conditions allow it, you can ski up to approx. 50 m from the accommodation.The hotel's facilities include a reception with luggage deposit service, lobby, lift, lounge, reading room, conservatory, parlour, breakfast room, dining hall, bar and terrace. An Internet corner, Wi-Fi, ski-, and boot room, as well as parking spaces (based on availability) can be used for free.
The spacious spa area (approx. 400 m²) offers an indoor pool, outdoor pool, 2 steam baths, Finnish sauna, organic sauna, infrared cabin, relaxation room and a separate family spa area. If paid for locally, you can have access to the solarium, beauty centre and massages. Every full-payer receives a spa voucher valued at €10 per stay, redeemable at Alpine Slowness (no cash payout).
Further, the hotel offers table tennis, table kicker and computer games (incl.). Children can burn off steam on the playground and in the playroom, and there is also free games rental available. Between 3 and 8 p.m. there is child-care service on offer (only Sunday - Friday, see information in resort).
This pet-friendly accommodation further offers special services for dogs (possibly for a fee), including food and water bowels, blanket and sleeping facilities, as well as a special dog spa, with consultation. Further information about this offer and other offers for your dog can be enquired for locally. There you will also be given recommendations on walking and hiking routes suitable for dogs.
The lift pass Bad Kleinkirchheim - St. Oswald can be used daily either for using the ski lifts or as entrace card to the Römerbad thermal bath. From 07/01/2018 to 03/02/2018, and 24/02/2018 to 10/03/2018, ("Ski-Wellness" weeks) the lift card gives you the right to use both the thermal bath and the lifts on the same day. This applies as follows: for 3 days lift passes: 1 day, for 4 days lift passes: 2 days, and for 6 days lift passes: 3 days (see more information in resort). For arrivals between 10/03/2018 to 02/04/2018, guests receive a 50% reduction on the entrance fee to the Römerbad thermal bath.

The cosy rooms all have a bath or shower/wc, and further provide a sitting corner, telephone, cable TV, safe and Wi-Fi, hair drier, bathrobe and slippers to hire, as well as a balcony or terrace.Board
The already included half-board PLUS comprises a welcome drink, breakfast buffet with regional products, a small lunch snack (soup or salad) and a 4-course evening menu with choice of main dish or buffet. On Christmas and New Year's a 6-course gala dinner with music awaits the guests. For children there are special kid's menus available.Pets

Important notes
- The lift pass "Bad Kleinkirchheim/St.Oswald" is either valid for the ski lifts or the thermal pool per day!
- Dogs are not permitted in the restaurant, children's playroom, playground, and spa area. Should you want to take you dog along at mealtimes, please contact the accommodation beforehand, for them to reserve a table for you in the parlour.
- Children under the age of 4 can ride for free when accompanied by a parent as long as they do not require their own seat.
- When booking rooms with multiple or additional beds, there is no claim to the additional beds
