Location and facilities
The family-run 4-star Skihotel Berghof - Ski in & Ski out is located directly in the ski area Bad Kleinkirchheim - St. Oswald, so if snow conditions allow it, it is possible to ski-in to the accommodation. A toboggan run can also be found right at the accommodation and the town centre of Bad Kleinkirchheim, as well as a cross-country trail are approx. 5 km away. A ski bus stop can be reached after approx. 50 m.The comfortable hotel is composed of a main building and side building, which are about 200 m apart from each other. The hotel's facilities include a reception, Wi-Fi, common room, breakfast room, restaurant, bar and a ski room. Free of charge parking spaces can also be found at the accommodation (upon availability).
The spa area of the accommodation can be used for free (opening hours as per info in resort). It is located in the main building and features a Finnish Sauna, Roman steam bath, physiotherm infrared cabin, spa showers, Kneipp bath, relaxation room with wellness loungers, as well as a vitality and juice bar with fresh spring water and several juices from the mineral spring.
Moreover, you can also use the spa area in the side building with a soft steam bath, herbal sauna, infrared cabin, pine wood sauna, as well as a relaxation room with wellness loungers, vitality bar and fresh spring water. Additionally, use of the solarium, massages and beauty treatments can be booked for a fee (as per info in resort).
The lift pass "Bad Kleinkirchheim - St. Oswald" is valid per day either for the use of the ski lifts or for accessing the thermal pool complex "Therme Römerbad". When staying between the dates of 10/03/2019 - 30/03/2019, you will receive a 50% reduction with your lift pass on the ticket price for the "Therme Römerbad".

The total holiday price is calculated to include an extensive breakfast buffet with regional products.Once per stay, per room, you will also receive a voucher worth up to €20 for the panoramic restaurant "NOCK IN" (for stays of 3 and 4 nights; 2 vouchers for stays from 7 nights, as per info in resort).

Important notes
- The Bad Kleinkirchheim - St. Oswald lift pass is valid daily either for use of the lifts or for entrance to the "Thermal Römerbad" thermal baths. Children up to the age of 3 can ride for free when accompanied by an adult and when they do not require their own seat.
