Location and facilities
The modern 4-star Hotel Residenz Hochalm is located ideally on the piste and only approx. 100 m from the Hochalm lift. The resort centre of Hinterglemm can be reached within approx. 3 km. In good snow conditions you can ski-in to the hotel, and you have access to the nearest cross-country trail within approx. 150 m. The hotel's facilities include an entrance area with reception and lobby, two lifts, Wi-Fi and Internet corner, restaurant, hotel bar, café, parlour, lounge with open fireplace, reading room, children's playroom, terrace, a heated ski and boots room, as well as parking spaces (approx. 700 m away). The parking garage is included in the price when booking a suite, for others type of rooms is available for a fee (upon availability).The in-house spa area can be used for free daily from 15:00 - 21:00 and is approx. 300 m² large. It offers a sauna, Finnish sauna, sanarium, solarium, relaxation room and fresh fruit, water and tea all day. For a fee you can also book massages in resort. An entertainment programme with various activities such as nordic walking or snowshoe hikes is also offered (as per notice in resort).
Rooms
The modernly furnished rooms are equipped with shower and partly a separate wc, cable TV, radio, telephone, seating corner, hair dryer, safe, mini bar (payable locally) and sometimes a balcony or terrace. The suites offer a living-/sleeping area and 1 - 2 separate bedrooms.Board
The included half board PLUS comprises a welcome drink, a breakfast buffet with cold and warm dishes as well as an organic food corner, an après ski snack in the afternoon (15:30 - 17:00) and a 5-course evening menu of choice with a salad buffet. Vegan meals as well as gluten-free/lactos-free dishes can be prepared on request and with advance notification 14 days before arrival (for a fee). Additionally, an obligatory Christmas and New Year's Eve dinner are also organised (for a fee). The New Year's Eve dinner is accompanied by a raffle, fireworks, midnight snack and live band.Pets

Important notes
- Children are only allowed in the sauna from 15 years, and only if accompanied by an adult.
- Should you have booked your equipment through us, the ski hire shop can be found in Saalbach (approx. 8 km).
- If you have booked a lift pass, it is already valid on the day before its actual validity from 15:00.
- When booking rooms with multiple or additional beds, there is no claim to the additional beds
