Information on cross-country skiing

40 km Cross-country trails (in km):

You prefer cross-country to downhill skiing? No problem! The total region offers a trail network of 120 km! With the free cross-country bus you can easy get from A to B. The trails lead through urban areas and idyllic holiday villages, via high Alpine landscapes, right up to the glacier at the end of the valley. 40 km of tracks can be found around Innsbruck, in Rinn and Mutters/Natters.

In Gries im Sellrain you can even enjoy your hobby at a later hour during night cross-country skiing. This 1 km long trail is also suitable for beginners, so that every cross-country skiing type can experience this highlight.

Additionally, there are 65 km of skating trails in the region and you have the opportunity to be trained professionally. So everybody who is interested in this northern type of sports will get his money's worth!

The cross-country trails in Rinn, Obstein, Mutters/Natters and Sellrain are awarded with a seal of quality.
