Location and facilities
The friendly-furnished SCOL Sporthotel Großglockner is located in Großdorf, about 1.5 km away from the centre of Kals, approx. 50 m away from the "Figolbahn" lift in the Kals-Matrei ski area and is also in the middle of the Hohe Tauern national park with a gorgeous view of the surrounding mountain world. The cross-country network can also be reached after about 300 m.The hotel consists of the main house "Jenshof" and the side building "Figol", which is about 20 m away. The main house has a reception with lobby, lift, Wi-Fi, luggage storage, breakfast room, restaurant, a cosy parlour, bar and a terrace. A children's playroom, table tennis and table football are located in the annexe. A ski room with boot dryers and free parking are also available (subject to availability).
The spa area (opening hours as per info in resort), with indoor pool, Finnish sauna, relaxation room and fitness room, is located in the side building and can be used for free.

The cosy rooms are comprised of a bath or shower/WC, TV and a balcony or terrace. Allocation can take place in both the main or side buildings.Board
The full board PLUS included in the price includes a breakfast buffet, a soup pot at noon, an afternoon snack and an evening buffet with changing themes. Selected drinks such as beer, wine and soft drinks are also included with dinner between 18:30 and 20:00 (see information on site).
