The comfortable 4-star pension Alpen Glück Villa Lisa is located around 300 m from the centre of Kirchberg. The Kitzbühel-Kirchberg ski area is around 1.5 km away (Maierl gondola lift). A ski bus stops approx. 150 m away.Facilities
Facilities in the rustic accommodation include a lift, Wi-Fi, lounge, parlour, breakfast room, conservatory and a ski room with boot dryer. Restaurant and bar can be found in the Hauthaus Alpen Glück Hotel Kirchberger Hof (approx. 20 m). Parking spaces are available at the hotel, subject to availability. You can use the car park and the charging station for electric cars for a fee (subject to availability).The approx. 50 m² spa area offers a sauna, an infrared cabin and a relaxation room. Massages can be booked on site for a fee.

Important notes
- All meals are taken in the main Alpen Glück Hotel Kirchberger Hof building (approx. 20 m).
- Access to the sauna is permitted for children aged 16 and up when accompanied by an adult.
- No lift pass voucher is issued for small children up to and including the age of 5; they can use the lifts free of charge when accompanied by an adult.
- If you have booked a lift pass, you will receive a 50% discount in the indoor pools of the AQUARENA Kitzbühel swimming centre.
- When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with additional beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
