In and around the resorts Kirchdorf in Tirol, Oberndorf, Epfendorf and St. Johann, you have access to 170 km of prepared cross-country ski trails of all levels, 84 km of which are prepared in classic and 86 km are prepared in skating style. The Gasteig high-altitude trail and the Kramerhof trail near Kirchdorf in Tyrol are particularly popular. Koasastadion is a popular and convenient venue for Nordic Skiers - the cross-country ski centre offers changing rooms and showers. The stadion is the starting point of Hinterkaiser trail, which leads along the foot of the Kaiser mountains. With a length of 15 km and its rises and descents it is only suitable for experienced and Nordic skiers. An easy 2.5 km night trail is available for extended cross-country skiing fun in St. Johann and in Erpfendorf there is a 1.5 km night trail.
