Location
The comfortable 4-star family and wellness hotel Der Hanneshof's underground is connected to Hotel Montana and is located approx. 150 m from the centre of Kleinarl and about 1 km from the entrance to the Ski amadé ski region. The free ski bus stops directly in front of the hotel. Additionally, the Wasserwelt Wagrain can be reached after about 7 km.Facilities
Facilities include a reception with luggage service and storage, lobby, lift, lounge, children's playroom, Wi-Fi, breakfast room, café, restaurant, bar, wine cellar, ski room, toboggan hire (for a fee), in-house ski school and sports shop at the valley station, parking spaces and a parking garage (for a fee).The comfortable hotel also has an 800 m² spa area with a panoramic indoor pool with waterfall and counter-current system, children's pool, sauna area with steam bath, sauna, Finnish sauna, organic sauna, infrared cabin, tepidarium, family sauna, relaxation room and chat room with a tea bar. Solarium and massages are offered for a fee. A free ski and boot depot in the hotel's own sports shop at the valley station is also included.
The guest card "Salzburger Sportwelt Card" is included in the price, which offers, among other things, free admission to the water park Wasserwelt Wagrain for 3 hours daily (excl. sauna!), use of the ski bus in Wagrain-Kleinarl and much more. The hotel also offers a free VIP shuttle service to the valley station and the ski school (time according to the notice board on site).
Board
The half-board included in the price consists of a breakfast buffet, an afternoon snack with soup as well as sweet dishes and a 5-course menu of choice in the evening with salads, appetizers, and dessert buffet. Vegetarian alternatives and a children's menu are also available.At Christmas (24/12), you can enjoy a Christmas dinner on request, for a fee.

- Access to the sauna area is only permitted as of age 14 and if accompanied by an adult.
- Children up to age 5 will not receive a lift pass voucher. If needed, a mini card (lift pass) can be purchased at the resort (max. €35 per child). Additional information can be found at the lift ticket office.
