Location and facilities
The cosy Haus Goldeck is located centrally in Leermoos, only approx. 400 m from the ski area and the resort centre. A ski bus stops approx. 100 m from the accommodation.The cosy accommodation offers a reception, free Wi-Fi, ski and boot room and free-of-charge parking spaces.
Furnishing/Board
The apartments all offer a living/sleeping area, sitting corner and separate bedroom, as well as a shower/wx, satellite TV, Wi-Fi (incl.) and some also have a balcony or terrace. The kitchenette is equipped with an electric or gas hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle and microwave. Self-catering.Pets

Important notes
- Children up to the age of 5 (born in 2011 and later) will receive a Snowman Card in resort and can ski free of charge.
- When booking rooms with multiple or additional beds, there is no claim to the additional beds

- Tourist tax: approx. € 1,60 per person/night
- Final cleaning: € 60,00 per apartment/studio (depends on type, max up to €110)
- Deposit: €150 - 200 per apartment (depends on type)

Reductions
Depending on the room type, age of the traveller, arrival date and lift pass, you could receive various reductions to the holiday price.

Generally speaking, babies younger than 24 months of age upon arrival can travel for free, but they must be listed on the booking. Please note that fees for the stay may be charged locally (see Local Costs/Services).
