Location and facilities
The comfortable and well-kept 4-star Hotel Dax is located at the edge of Lofer, centrally in the Pinzgauer Saalach Valley and is surrounded by the wonderful Loferer Stone Mountains.The ski bus stops directly in front of the house and take you easily to the approx. 300 m distant valley station of the Loferer Alm lift. There is also a cross-country trail to be found there. The resort centre, with various entertainment and shopping possibilities are is approx. 150 m away.The hotel is well-maintained and offers traditional friendliness and welcoming atmosphere. The modern and stylish facilities include a friendly entrance area with reception, Wi-Fi, lift, lounge, breakfast room, restaurants, bistro, parlour, sociable hotel bar, children's playroom, as well as ski boot dryers. Moreover, you can use the ski depot a the valley station for free. Free of charge parking spaces are also available at the accommodation.
The well-kept spa area (15:00 - 18:00) offers a Finnish sauna, steam bath, Luis Trenker infrared cabins and relaxation room. A solarium, as well as various massages and beauty treatments can be booked and paid for locally.
