Location
The comfortable 4-star Grünholz I Aparthotel & Restaurant is located around 5 km from the village centre of Mühlbach am Hochkönig and the nearest shopping facilities. The ski bus stops directly at the house. The Saukarlift is around 1.5 km away and the Karbachalmbahn in Mühlbach is around 6.5 km away (Hochkönig ski area). Cross-country skiing fans can access a cross-country ski trail around 500 metres away and a toboggan run is around 1.5 km away.Facilities
The general facilities of the accommodation include a reception, lift, Wi-Fi, breakfast room, restaurant, bar, lounge and a ski cellar. There are also parking spaces (subject to availability) and a charging station for electric cars (for a fee).The approx. 70 m² spa area includes a Finnish sauna with a log cabin look, steam bath, Kneipp pool with fresh spring water and a relaxation area.
You will receive the HochkönigCard on site, with which you can benefit from a number of free services and discounts in the region (changes and restrictions to services subject to change, see information on site).

Depending on the room type or board type booked, the holiday price includes breakfast or no board. The breakfast option includes a rich, regional breakfast buffet. The apartments are offered without catering. However, apartment guests can book breakfast on site (according to the notice on site, for a fee). Important notes
- Use of the lifts is free of charge for children aged 5 or under. If your child uses the lifts in other Ski amadé ski areas independently, a Minicard (lift pass) may have to be purchased on site.
- When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with additional beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
