Location
The elegant 4-star All Suite Resort Ötztal is situated about 400 m away from the resort centre of Oetz. After about 450 m, you can reach the "Acherkogelbahn" lift, which takes you up into the Hochoetz ski area. The nearest toboggan run is about 1 km away, while a winter hiking trail can be found right at the accommodation.Facilities
The general facilities of the chic resort include a reception hall with seating, reception, Wi-Fi, restaurant and a ski room with ski boot dryer. Free parking is available in front of the house, subject to availability.The wellness area has a heated outdoor pool and a sauna area with Finnish sauna, bio sauna, panorama sauna, steam bath and relaxation room.
In the periods 10/12 - 17/12/2022, 07/01 - 28/01/2023 and 18/03 - 01/04/2023 the Happy Family Weeks (offer from Ötztal Tourism, subject to change) take place. From a minimum stay of 7 nights, children from 4 years (up to max. year of birth 2016) receive a free 5-day ski course and all little ones from 2 - 4 years receive free childcare for 5 days (children must be diaper-free, only with valid ski pass, lunchtime supervision for a fee, registration on site, registration with all ski schools of the Widi's Kids Club; changes and restrictions to services and usage times subject to change).

Important notes
- No lift pass voucher is issued for children up to and including 7 years of age. Accompanied by a parent, children from 6 to 7 years inclusive receive a free Snow-Kids-Card. The children's rate applies for children travelling alone (e.g. in a ski course). Children under 6 receive a free Snow Kids Card. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
