Ski vacations Pass Thurn - close to high society!

Pass Thurn

The Pass Thurn is located at 1,274 m altitude in the Kitzbühel Alps. The closest located resorts in the valley which connects Tyrol with Pinzgau, are Kitzbühel in the north and Mittersill in the south. The Alpine pass, which was formed by glaciers in the last ice age, is ideal for all enthusiasts of cross-country skiing and therefore provides a very special experience. At 1,250 m altitude lies the 10 km Hochmoor panoramic trail, which offers not only a great view of the Hohe Tauern but also romantic, white forests which emit a wonderful feeling of tranquillity. Skier and snowboarders will also find an ideal access point to the ski area of Kitzbühel here: the chair lift "Resterhöhe" takes you up the mountain in the blink of an eye. From Hollersbach you can take the panorama lift up to the mountain station.

Kitzbühel Alps

The legendary "Streif" in Kitzbühel is synonymous for one of the most tradition-rich ski regions in the Alps. Spend your ski holiday on the same pistes where the world's best skiers compete every year, and explore the ski area in the cable car with the highest ground clearance in Europe, the 3S-lift, which also has a gondola with a glass floor to make the experience even more spectacular.

With a sprawling 2,750 km of piste, Kitzbühel's ski region (along with the SuperSkiCard) offers a perfect ski region which has long received world-wide fame. In addition, the great leisure time options, sports and social events will make your holiday in "Kitz" a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Celebrities from around the world don't just gather here for the Hahnenkamm race, but also to "see and be seen". After an all-out day of skiing or snowboarding, round out the day with incomparable après ski opportunities or take advantage of first-class culinary options.
