Location
The comfortable Ferienhaus am Platzl holiday home is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village, about 800 m from the centre of Sautens and the shopping facilities. A ski bus about 50 metres away takes you to the Hochoetz ski area, which is approx. 4.5 km away. The nearest toboggan run is around 2 km away.Facilities
The hotel facilities include Wi-Fi and parking spaces (subject to availability). The in-house spa area (approx. 42 m²) with sauna, infrared cabin, solarium, sports equipment and relaxation zone is available for your exclusive use (for a fee).In the periods 11/01 - 25/01/2025 and 22/03 - 05/04/2025 the Happy Family Weeks take place (offer from Ötztal Tourismus). When staying 7 or more nights, children born in 2019 or later and at least 4 years old receive 5-day ski lessons for free and all little ones ages 2 - 4 receive free childcare for 5 days (children must be nappy-free, only with valid lift pass, lunchtime supervision for a fee, registration on site, registration at all Widi's Kids Club ski schools). All details of services are subject to change and the exact conditions can be obtained from the TVB on site. Only valid if the entire holiday period falls within the promotional period.

Important notes
- No lift pass voucher is issued for children ages 7 or under. When accompanied by a parent, children ages 6 to 7 receive a free Snow-Kids-Card. The children's rate applies for children skiing alone (e.g. on a ski course). Children under the age of 6 receive a free Snow-Kids-Card. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
