Ski area SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental
Leisure skiers and beginners will get their money's worth just as much as true pros. Freeriders can let off steam in e.g. Hopfgarten. Highly culinary treats can be had in the 80 huts and restaurants throughout the ski area. Children won't come off badly either: with a witch's see-saw, witch's hunch, dark tunnel and much more, the adventure piste "Hexenwelle" is a paradise for little skiers who can learn skiing in a playful way. The Söll ski school also offers age-appropriate lessons as well as childcare for all ages.
If you are going on holiday together with your children, or if in fact you yourself have a thing for fairytales, you should definitely check out the new 10-person "discovery"-gondola in SkiWelt Söll. Interesting experiences built around the theme "Hans in Luck" await you!
Another highlight of the Skiwelt Söll is the ski and boardercross line "Red Viper" with time measurement and video recordings. At the end of the day, skiers can download their own video and relive the run once more.
By upgrading to the "Super Ski Card" lift pass (see Ski Region), you get access to over 2,815 km of piste and 939 lifts in 22 ski regions in Tyrol and Salzburg.
Night skiing Söll
Night skiing is possible in two ski areas in the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental: Söll and Brixen. SkiWelt Söll even offers the largest night skiing area in Austria! A whole 10 km of groomed pistes are floodlit into the night. On three days a week, from Wednesday to Saturday, skiing fun on the pistes in the Hexenwasser gondola lift area and the Keat and Hexen6er chairlifts lasts until 21:45, and the valley run is even floodlit until 22:30. In addition to the numerous descents, the "Hans im Glück" fun arena on the 10-seater adventure gondola is also floodlit for night-time shredding fun. A night toboggan run on the Hexenwasser gondola lift and several ski huts round off the evening programme. Night skiing in Söll is so popular that you even have to buy a separate lift pass for it. In addition, a 300 metre long blue night skiing piste at the Schusterbühel lift in Brixen is illuminated continuously until 19:00 at certain times.Après ski Söll
Families should not forget an evening toboggan excursion or a romantic horse-drawn sleigh ride, where you will enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the winter landscape of the Wilder Kaiser.
Naturally there is also a full range of sporting opportunities including squash, skittles, guided winter hikes, ice skating, and much more. Another highlight is the guided snow shoe hike through the wintry mountain terrain.
Snowpark: Snowpark Hexenwelle Söll
The "Wilder Kaiser" ski region is guaranteed to make every freestyler's heart beat faster! Four snow parks have been built to suit every riding level and entice with a wide variety of obstacles. The "Hexenwelle" adventure slope near Söll is designed for younger winter sports enthusiasts, but experienced riders can also let off steam here. It's all about coordination and fun for young and old. There is also the "Hans im Glück" ski course. This is located below the Hexenwasser gondola lift and here you will find 2 lines with a variety of obstacles with jumps, boxes, curves, corners and much more.
