Location
The modern and cosy Landhaus Strasser is situated in a quiet location, about 750 m from the centre of Söll. The ski bus stop is approx. 200 m away and the Hochsöll cable car is approx. 1.5 km away. There is an access point to the cross-country ski trail at the house.Facilities
The family-run hotel offers you an entrance area with reception and seating, Wi-Fi, a breakfast room, bar, heated winter garden, ski room with ski boot warmers and free parking spaces (subject to availability).There is also a spa area (opening times according to the notice board on site) with Finnish sauna, aroma steam bath, infrared cabin and a relaxation room with outdoor area. Massages can be booked on site for a fee and on request. For stays of 6 nights or more, you will receive a spa voucher for massages worth €10 per full-paying guest and stay (appointments by prior arrangement, no massages possible on Sundays, voucher non-transferable, no cash redemption).
Board
The holiday price includes a rich breakfast buffet with Tyrolean products. Dietary meals as well as vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free alternatives are available on request.On the second evening, a dinner is organised outside the hotel (see below for more information).
RPR1. Schneezauber Special
As part of the RPR1. Schneezauber, you will receive an event ticket with the following specials for the duration of your stay:- Welcome event on 13/03/2025
- Ski guiding tour through the SkiWelt with a local ski instructor on 14/03/2025
- Welcome drink together followed by a SkiWelt hut dinner (farmer's beef with bread dumplings, vegetarian alternative and dessert) on 14/03/2025
- Night ski ticket for the SkiWelt Söll (largest night ski area in Austria) or alternatively night toboggan ticket (incl. toboggan hire) for 14/03/2025
- Après-ski party on 15/03/2025
RPR1. Schneezauber Partners
You receive a 10% discount on ski hire and ski lessons with the following partners (see travel documents for discount code):- Sport Edinger ski hire

Important notes
- Please note that the RPR1. Schneezauber dinner will take place outside the hotel on the second day. The return journey to the hotel is already included in the holiday price.
- Please note that the journey to and from the evening meeting points as part of the RPR1. Schneezauber (except for the return journey after the SkiWelt hut dinner) is not included in the holiday price and must be organised at your own expense.
- When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with additional beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.

Reductions
Depending on the room type, age of the traveller, arrival date and lift pass, you could receive various reductions to the holiday price.

Generally speaking, babies younger than 24 months of age upon arrival can travel for free, but they must be listed on the booking. Please note that fees for the stay may be charged locally (see Local Costs/Services).
