With a total of 5 km length the "Sonnenloipe" track in St. Lorenzen may not be longest, but definitively one of the most challenging trails of the area. As addition to that there is also the 2.6 km long "Dr.-Lomoschitz" track, which is ideal for beginners, and a trail that runs along the international border line. This is one of the most snow-sure trails and takes you past the river Gail and St. Lorenzen, via the biathlon centre in Obertilliach (known for the pros to train here, e.g. Ole Einer Björndalen), right up to Hollbruck - over a total length of 60 km. In some parts the trail can even be maintained by artificial snow.
