Location
The luxurious HOFGUT Apartment & Lifestyle Resort Wagrain is located about 2 km from the centre of Wagrain. The skiing area Flachau-Wagrain-Alpendorf, which is about 2.5 km away, can be reached comfortably with the ski bus, which stops directly in front of the house. The entrance to the cross-country skiing trail is also directly in front of the house. You will find shopping facilities in the house itself or in the village of Wagrain, about 2 km away.Facilities
The general facilities of the resort, newly opened in 2021, include reception, Wi-Fi, lift, lounge, guest fridge, breakfast room, a bar as well as the VAMOOS restaurant, a cake bar and a take-away pizzeria (daily from 2pm-8pm), ski cellar and parking spaces (subject to availability) as well as a charging station for electric cars.The spacious indoor family wellness area has an indoor pool with heated outdoor pool, slide, baby pool and textile sauna. The adult sauna area (admission from 16 years) with two saunas, steam bath, relaxation room and whirlpool invites you to relax.
The Lifestyle Resort also has a fitness room, a 1,200 m² games area with, among other things, billiards, table tennis and a trampoline facility and a 300 m² toddlers' play area with a bobby car park, mini mine and much more. Childcare is also available during holiday periods (see notice board on site).
The price includes the guest card "Salzburger Sportwelt Card", which gives you free admission to the water park Wasserwelt Wagrain for 3 hours a day (without sauna!), the ski bus in Wagrain-Kleinarl and much more. (detailed information about the services according to the information on site).

Important notes
- Admission to the adult sauna area is permitted from the age of 16.
- Children aged 5 and under will not receive a lift pass voucher in the Snow Space Salzburg ski area as use of the lifts is free to children in this age range when accompanied by an adult. Should your child be using the lifts independently or are participating in ski lessons, a "Minicard" (lift pass) must be purchased in resort. The same applies for use of the lifts in other ski areas. Additional information can be found at the lift ticket office.
