Enjoy the magical winter landscape of the Brixental Valley on one of the region's well-developed and perfectly groomed cross-country ski trails. In Westendorf you will find a total of approx. 25 km of cross-country trails in classic style with an easy level of difficulty. We recommend the classic "Aunerrunde", at 8.7 km one of the longest trails in the region.
All around the Wilder Kaiser you can further find an approx. 65 km long network of tracks for all levels of skills, also enabling you to access the tails at St. Johann and Kitzbühel. Especially recommendable is the approx. 2.8 km long high altitude trail at Hochbrixen. which rewards your efforts with a wonderful panorama view.
A highlight is the floodlit track in Scheffau. Passionate cross-country skiers can ski until 21:30 here. The surrounding resorts Ellmau, Going, Hopfgarten and Itter also provide mostly easy to intermediate trails, so you have enough to choose from to discover the beauty of the area.
