Cross-country Frymburk (Friedberg)
Frymburk offers a good network of approx. 40 km of trails and therefore provides great opportunities for cross-country fans to explore the surroundings. Regularly maintained tracks connect Frymburk with the neighbouring districts at altitudes between 720 and 920 m. The network leads through beautiful winter landscapes and forested mountain sides between Frymburk and Lipno nad Vltavou, as well as over snowy alms and meadows. A real pleasure experience.
If you only want to take a small afternoon tour, there is special track to do so: when the ice is thick enough, an 10 km long round course on Lake Lipno is prepared and provides the opportunity to go on a tour of the icy and snowy lake. Be it skating or classic style, in Frymburk both beginners and experienced will find what they are looking for!
