Seniors aged 75 and over receive the lift pass on site at a reduced rate on presentation of appropriate proof of age. - If the apartment is not left in a clean condition and no final cleaning has been booked in advance, part of the deposit will be retained as a cleaning fee. Please note that this amount is higher than the cost of booking the final cleaning.
