Important notes

• Please note that if bed linen is required, it must be booked at least 10 days before arrival. The bed linen must be collected and dropped off at the Châtel Reservation office. A deposit must be paid in cash.
• You are responsible for cleaning your studio/apartment before your departure.
• Children ages 4 and under will not receive a lift pass voucher. Please note that children under the age of 5 may need to purchase a lift pass in resort. Further information is available in resort at the lift office/during lift pass distribution.
• No lift pass voucher is issued for seniors aged 65 and over. Please note that a lift pass must be purchased on site. From the age of 75, seniors receive the lift pass on site at a reduced rate upon presentation of appropriate proof of age. Further information is available on site at the ski pass office or at the lift ticket office.

Reductions

Depending on the room type, age of the traveller, arrival date and lift pass, you could receive various reductions to the holiday price.

Generally speaking, babies younger than 24 months of age upon arrival can travel for free, but they must be listed on the booking. Please note that fees for the stay may be charged locally (see Local Costs/Services).
