Important notes
- No lift pass voucher will be issued for children up to and including 4 years of age. Please note that a lift pass may need to be purchased on site for children under 5 years of age. For more information, please contact the lift pass office or the lift ticket office on site.
- No lift pass voucher will be issued for senior citizens aged 65 and over. Please note that a lift pass must be purchased on site. From the age of 75, seniors receive the lift pass on site at a reduced rate on presentation of appropriate proof of age. Further information is available on site at the lift pass office or at the lift ticket office.
- If the apartment is not left in a clean condition and no final cleaning has been booked in advance, part of the deposit will be retained as a cleaning fee. Please note that this amount will be higher than the costs when booking the final cleaning.
