Ski area La Clusaz-Manigod

The lift pass "La Clusaz-Manigod" gives you access to 132 km of piste (84 slopes on 1,100 - 2,600 m) and 52 lifts. They're spread over the area of the 5 mountain ranges Beauregard, Manigod, l'Etale, l'Aiguille and Balme. The area is suitable for experienced skiers as well as for beginners and children. A sun-spoiled area with gentle beginner's slopes can be found at the Beauregard lift, and parents can watch their children from a large terrace. Further beginner's pistes can be found at Crêt du Merle. Winter sports' pros prefer the Guy-Perillat slope at Beauregard or enjoy the funpark on the Plateau du Louveteau.

The ski area is especially loved among freeriders, who will find a real El Dorado. There's a reason why the area hosted qualification competitions for the Freeride World Tour for three times so far. Both winter sport lovers who try out their first swings in deep powder snow will find just as good areas as professionals will. The area at Balme is known to be a huge, natural funpark, Merdassier is equally popular. Some ski schools in resort offer freeride lessons - some even for children.
