Ski vacations La Norma - idyllic snow enjoyment!

La Norma

At an altitude of 1,350 m, the pleasant village of La Norma lies directly between the Massif de la Vanoise and the Valley of l'Arc in the Savoy Alps. The village's charm is particularly captivating, not least because it is car-free and nestled in a wooded plateau. The entire area offers a panoramic view of the highest order, which can be enjoyed particularly well from the mountain restaurants. The small town gets its cosy character from the neat wooden houses and the small shops.

The cosy village centre is perfect for a shopping spree and is also located directly at the slopes and lifts. In the child- and family-friendly village, the youngest guests feel at home in the ski kindergarten, while numerous off-piste leisure activities await the older guests. A special highlight is certainly ice climbing at the frozen waterfall near La Norma. In the evening, you can indulge yourself in various restaurants or take a leisurely stroll through the illuminated village.

Valfréjus - La Norma - Aussois

In French western Alps lies the picturesque Maurienne valley, surrounded by the majestic 3,000-metre peaks of the Vanoise massif. Here is the source of the river Arc, that softly winds through the Haute Maurienne and it's side valleys. The valley is relatively easily reached via the large and also beautiful mountain passes Col de l'Iseran and Col du Mont Cenis. The regions offers first-class skiing in some of the best-known ski areas world-wide, also extensive hiking trails and wonderful relaxation in the natural surroundings. It is not for no reason that the Vanoise was declared a national park in 1963 to protect it's diverse flora and fauna. The Haute Maurienne is also known for the biathlon competitions which take please here every year.
