Ski vacations Peisey-Vallandry - tranquillity in perfect location!

Peisey-Vallandry (Paradiski)

The two towns Peisey and Vallandry make up the resort of Peisey-Vallandry. Due to its location at 1,650 m altitude, the charming village Vallandry offers a wonderful panorama view of the valley of the Haute Tarentaise. Between Les Arcs and La Plagne and therefore located in the middle of the Paradiski region, winter sports fans can find the perfect starting point to explore the dense network of pistes. The resort however provides a totally different, more cosy atmosphere than the other, livelier ski resors Les Arcs and La Plagne. After an exciting day on the pistes you can take the valley run down to the resort centre and let the day come to an end in a traditional restaurant. Guided snow shoe tours, ice climbing, paraglinging or a visit to the spa centre round off the perfect offer.

Paradiski

In the heart of the Savoyard Alps, above the Tarentaise Valley and with views of the Mont Blanc, lies the gigantic “Paradiski” network. With the link to the ski area around the Bellecôte glacier (3,417 m) and the Aiguille Rouge (3,226 m) via the fastest double floored cable car in the world, Vanoise Express, a very impressive ski network has been created, which belongs to the largest and most diverse networks in the world! A great advantage is that the piste is usually in very close proximity to your front door. The charming resorts have been modernised over the years and radiate Savoyard charm with the many chalet style accommodations dotted around. In addition, the resorts have plenty to offer with regards to shops, restaurant, bars and a huge choice of leisure activities, which every winter holiday should have!
