Important notes

• When planning your route, please be aware that some of the mountain passes in this area (such as the Le Col d'Allos) are closed from November to May.
• Please note that if the flats are not left clean on departure, a cleaning fee (€100 -190, depending on type/size) will be deducted from the deposit.
• Please pay the deposit on site preferably by credit card. If this is not possible, please contact the reception before arrival.

Reductions

Depending on the room type, age of the traveller, arrival date and lift pass, you could receive various reductions to the holiday price.

Generally speaking, babies younger than 24 months of age upon arrival can travel for free, but they must be listed on the booking. Please note that fees for the stay may be charged locally (see Local Costs/Services).

Travel Info/Map

• General info for getting to Val d'Allos: "Le Col d'Allos" (mountain pass) is closed from November until mid-May. This means you will not be able to access the resort coming from the north via Barcelonnette! Please enter "Dignes Les Bains" in your GPS, which should then take you past the pass, and from where you can access Val d'Allos from the south. If you have any questions, please contact the local tourism association under 0033-492 830 281.
