Location
The moun10 Youth Hostel, which opened in 2018, is located right in the centre of Garmisch-Partenkirchen and at the railway station. The Hausberg gondola lift (approx. 2 km away) takes you comfortably to the ski area. The ski bus stop is approx. 400 m away. From the Zugspitzbahn railway station (approx. 400 m) you can also go directly to the ultra-modern Zugspitze cable car (approx. 11 km) and explore the pistes there.Facilities
The modern and creatively furnished accommodation has a reception, Wi-Fi, lift, lounge, breakfast room and a bar with lounge. There is also a ski room and free parking (subject to availability).For relaxing moments away from the slopes, you can use the sauna in the attic with relaxation room and fireplace free of charge. Or you can stay active in the fitness room.
Membership in the DJH is obligatory and must be purchased locally (if not already available). Either an annual membership or a half-year membership (in each case to 01/01/ or to 01/06/ of a year) can be locked.
On site you will receive a guest card with payment of the visitor's tax, with which you will receive some attractive inclusive services and discounts for the duration of your stay, e.g. travel with all local buses, adventure hikes etc. (restrictions and times of use of the services are subject to change, see information on site).

Important notes
- Please note that it is obligatory to be a member of DJH to stay in the accommodation (as per description).
- Children under 6 years will not receive a lift pass voucher. When accompanied by an adult, they will receive a free lift pass. When participating in ski lessons, children need their own valid lift pass (payable in resort, further information at the lift office).
- When booking rooms with multiple or additional beds, there is no claim to the additional beds

Reductions
Depending on the room type, age of the traveller, arrival date and lift pass, you could receive various reductions to the holiday price.
