Location and facilities
The family-friendly 3-star holiday and aparthotel Haus Bayerwald is located on the southern slope of the Duschlberg at an altitude of 900 m, with distant views as far as the Alps. The centre of Altreichenau is approx. 2.5 km away and the Hochficht ski area is about 15 km away. An access point to the cross-country trail is about 500 m in front of the hotel.The cosy accommodation's facilities include a reception, lift, Wi-Fi, breakfast room, restaurant, children's play room, recreation room with billiards and table football (both for a fee), table tennis room, toboggan hire (subject to availability) as well as a ski room. Free parking spaces (subject to availability) are also available and fee-based garage parking spaces (on request) are also available. A charging station for electric cars can be used for a fee.
The spa area offers an indoor pool, 2 infrared cabins and a sauna as well as a small fitness room. Massages and various beauty treatments are available on request and for a fee. For bookings of 7 nights or more, you also receive a €10 spa voucher per full-paying person per stay, which can be redeemed for massages and beauty and cosmetic treatments worth €25 or more (non-transferable, no cash redemption possible, as per info in resort).
In winter (approx. 20 December to mid-March), a torchlight hike with mulled wine or children's punch is offered 1 x per week.
Board
The price includes half board with a rich breakfast buffet and a 3-course menu in the evening. A children's menu is prepared for the youngest guests on request. On New Year's Eve, a festive dinner is served as part of the half board.Pets
