Location and facilities
The family-friendly 3-star Hotel Rosental is situated about 100 m away from the centre of Lüsen, and a ski bus stops directly in front of the hotel, taking you comfortably to the about 12 km distant Lüsen/Plose ski area in approx. 20 minutes. Access to the nearest cross-country trail can be found within approx. 6 km.The cosy hotel offers a reception with an entrance hall, common room, Wi-Fi, lift, dining room, restaurant, bar and café.
The around 120 m² large spa area (open 15:00 - 19:00) offers a mountain herbs steam bath, wooden sauna and jacuzzi.
Moreover, at the reception, you will receive a Lüsner hiking guide book as well as other goodies, such as great winter hiking tips, a city map of the lovely culture- and shopping centre of Brixen, and the latest newspapers and magazines to read on the spot or borrow. You can also participate in the weekly-organised snowshoe hike with free snowshoe hire.
The hotel also has a ski room and parking spaces can be used for free (upon availability).
Board
The already included half-board PLUS consists of a welcome drink with the Hinteregger family, Gabi's vitality breakfast buffet in the morning, a small afternoon buffet from 15:00 - 18:00, with home-made cake, and a 4-course evening meal of your choice with salad bar and a selection of South Tyrolean cheeses. On New Year's Eve, a gala dinner is served, with sparkling wine at midnight.Pets

Important notes
- Access to the spa area for children up to 15 years is only permitted until 17:30 and only if accompanied by an adult.
- Per purchased adult lift pass one travelling child (born 25/11/2009 or after) receives a free lift pass in resort (ID required). Should there be more children on the booking than adults, further child lift passes have to be purchased locally. More information at the lift office.
- When booking rooms with multiple or additional beds, there is no claim to the additional beds
