Location
The modern 4-star accommodation Montanaris Alpine Active Relax is located in Villabassa, about 4.5 km from the centre of Dobbiaco. The nearest ski slopes can be reached in San Candido (approx. 11 km) or Versciaco (approx. 18 km). Shopping facilities for groceries as well as bars and restaurants are within walking distance. A ski bus departs approx. 100 m from the accommodation and the start of a cross-country ski trail is approx. 200 m away.Facilities
Facilities at the accommodation, which opened in 2023, include a reception, lift, WiFi, lounge, bar, table football, ski room and free parking subject to availability. For a fee, you can use the car park and the charging station for electric cars (subject to availability).There is also a spa area on site with a Finnish panorama sauna, bio sauna, steam bath, brine inhalation room and relaxation room. You can also use the heated outdoor swimming pool.
You will receive the ‘Holidaypass Premium’ guest card on site, with which you benefit from a number of free services and discounts in the region, such as free use of all public transport or access to the weekly activity programme of the tourism association and much more (changes and restrictions to services subject to change, see information on site).

Important notes
- The studios on offer are all of the same type, but can be booked with different maximum occupancy.
- No lift pass voucher is issued for children aged 7 years or under. For each adult lift pass purchased, one accompanying child of this age group receives a free ticket for use of the lifts on site (ID required). If there are more children than adults travelling with you, a children's lift pass must be purchased on site. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.

- Deposit: €50 per studio
- When booking with a baby (under 2 years old), there is a charge of approx. €25 per day for the baby's accommodation.

Generally speaking, babies younger than 24 months of age upon arrival can travel for free, but they must be listed on the booking. Please note that fees for the stay may be charged locally (see Local Costs/Services).
