Location
The comfortable 4-star Paradies Pure Mountain Resort is located directly on the Kanzel piste and around 300 metres from the Sulden lifts. The centre of Sulden is just under 1 km away and a high-altitude cross-country ski trail is around 100 m away.Facilities
The hotel's general facilities include a lobby with reception, lift, Wi-Fi, lounge and breakfast room, parlour, bar, restaurant, café, children's playroom, library, left-luggage office, wine cellar, terrace and a ski room with boot dryer. There is also free parking space, a parking garage and a charging station for electric cars (for a fee).The 2,000 m² spa area is equipped with an indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, Finnish sauna, organic sauna, textile sauna, infrared cabin, Kneipp pool, hot tub, tepidarium and relaxation rooms. Massages and treatments in the beauty centre are available for a fee.
The hotel also offers free toboggan hire (see information on site) as well as a sports and entertainment programme and billiards (for a fee).
Board
Half board is included in the holiday price. This type of catering includes a breakfast buffet and a 4-course dinner with salad buffet. A children's menu is available on request.A 4-course Christmas dinner is served on Christmas Eve.

Important notes
- Access to the sauna area is permitted for children aged 15 and over.
- No lift pass voucher is issued for children aged 5 or under. Use of the ski lifts is free of charge for children aged 5 or under if a parent purchases a lift pass for the same period. Further information is available on site at the lift ticket office.
- When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with additional beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
