Location and facilities
The in 2017 newly built Trattenbach Suites are located directly in the ski area, right on the piste, and at an altitude of 1,636 m. This means that in the mornings, you can be the first on the piste and in the evenings, you can easily make your way back to the accommodation (ski-in and ski-out!). The nearest shopping facilities can be found in Jochberg. The comfortable accommodation offers Wi-Fi (incl.) as well as a lockable ski room for your equipment.Please note that the accommodation cannot be reached by car in winter. Upon arrival and departure, the already included snowmobile service will take you and your luggage to and from the accommodation. Alternatively, you could also take the ski lift on the day of arrival (for a fee). Your car can remain parked at the Resterhöhe valley station in Pass Thurn for free, which is also where check-in takes place on Saturdays from 11:00 - 16:00. Should you like to continue to make use of the snowmobile service during your stay, this is possible per request and for a fee (rides from the Resterhöhe parking lot to the Trattenbach Suites, weather dependant).
Furnishing and Board
The modern and traditionally furnished suites are comprised of a living room, dining area and kitchenette with 4-top hob, refrigerator, and coffee machine, as well as a flat screen TV, 2-3 baths with shower/wc, Wi-Fi (incl.), separate bedroom, balcony, and some have a private infrared cabin.The apartments are self-catering. However, a starter pack is included in the total holiday price (upon arrival in the suite), of which consists of several food products (noodle soup, Fusili pasta, Sugo Bolognese, bread, chasseur sausage, marmalade, cookies, popcorn, and one filling of coffee beans). Per request, a bread roll service, as well as breakfast or dinner in the neighbouring accommodation, can be additionally booked in resort (for a fee). The accommodation also offers a shopping service, in which you leave your groceries at the Resterhöhe valley station to have them be delivered to you at the accommodation. You could also provide the staff with a shopping list (for a fee) and have your groceries purchased and delivered straight to your door (free delivery). This service can only be booked on a day-to-day basis and is weather dependant.

Important notes
- Please note that check-in is only possible until 16:00. The key is picked up at the valley station.
- Please contact the accommodation approx. 1 hour before arrival, to arrange snowmobile transport. That way, longer waiting times can be avoided (contact information will be provided in your travel documents).

Reductions
Depending on the room type, age of the traveller, arrival date and lift pass, you could receive various reductions to the holiday price.

Generally speaking, babies younger than 24 months of age upon arrival can travel for free, but they must be listed on the booking. Please note that fees for the stay may be charged locally (see Local Costs/Services).
