Ski vacations Missen-Wilhams – ski holidays in unspoiled nature!
Missen-Wilhams
It is a very original part of Austria, which lies embedded between the Hauchberg and Salmaser Höher in southern Upper Allgäu. Since the year 2000, the village Missen-Wilhams is a renowned spa resort. Quality fresh air puts that extra touch to your ski holiday. The 7 idyllic resort parts are spread over a diversely structured landscape. 95% of the area are used by farmers or covered with forests. Perfect conditions for a relaxing holiday. A total of 4 ski areas are available for winter sports enthusiasts, which are especially suited for families with children and beginners.Allgäu
The Allgäu is part of the region Oberschwaben and stretches from the south-western part of Bavaria to the south-eastern part of Baden-Württemberg and partly along the borders of Austria. It is situated right between lower Alps and the Bavarian hill country. With an altitude of up to 2,657 m the Allgäu offers the Nebelhorn as the highest and most well-known mountain of this area. It is not for nothing that this is one of the most popular tourist areas and main winter sports regions within Germany. For Alpine skiers there is a large offer of well-prepared pistes - both for beginners, as well for more experienced winter sports fans. Many of the slopes can be covered with artificial snow and offer reliability for skiing until the end of March. After a day on the pistes you can meet up in the many huts, cafés and pubs or even spend the night in the local clubs.Travel Missen-Wilhams
